This training activity, in the frame of Erasmus+, aim to develop a general perspective on brand and brand management. To do this, theory, tools and techniques of branding and brand management have been examined. Besides, successful brands in beekeeping, fruit and textile sectors in Spain has been analyzed in terms of how these brands become successful, how they are managed and what lessons can Turkish firms learn from these experiences. This has allowed us to apply theories and strategies we learnt. Therefore, it had a Training of Trainers perspective.
A group of 11 Turkish professionals of adult education field, together with 6 Spanish people, followed the different sessions and activities throughout the week to improve their understanding of the topic and their capability of transferring the knowledge.
