This is a new result created thanks to the Erasmus+ accreditation we have and also thanks to the good partnership we have with the Hungarian organisation TIA (also accredited in E+ and with shared vision priorities with Amics).
Lead the (ex)CHANGE is a result of our previous years cooperation projects where we have the need of training new generations of leaders of youth exchanges who understand the importance of participation and the relevance of creating good quality learning spaces when working with teenagers (13-17) in Erasmus+ youth exchanges. Both TIA and AMICS (and also all the partners of this strategy «Lead the (ex)CHANGE») share the need and created this trainings and experiential learning opportunities. In the frame of this cooperation we are using the activities forseen in our accreditation (Ruralship) and also the activities of our partners in Hungary (TIA). Then we are providing a main frame of a Training experience (in Spain, May2025), followed by a practical experience of youth leader in one of our youth exchanges (either in Hungary-June25 or Spain-August25) and with a final Training meeting to extract and evaluate all the learning process in Hungary in October 2025.
In addition to this main «Lead the (ex)CHANGE» opportunities, we have included another training opportunity for potential youth exchange leaders to give tools for their activities. It’s the «Tools4(ex)CHANGE» TC, happening in Spain (Alicante – La Florida) from the 16-23 of July 2025.
As a result of this process we will have 20 well trained youth leaders for youth exchanges, ready to support their future participants in the learning process of the Erasmus+ youth programme activities. All these in tune with the YOCOMO competences model.
