During the DigiBridge project we spent one intensive week in Latvia working together with partners from 13 countries. We connected, shared our backgrounds and explored a wide range of digital tools used in youth work. Throughout the week we took part in practical workshops that helped us strengthen our skills in writing KA2 Cooperation Partnerships, from analysing needs and building partnerships to designing activities, budgeting, risk management and dissemination. We also exchanged best practices, collected experience stories and developed several new project ideas linked to digital youth work and inclusion. Each day we reflected on our learning, evaluated our progress and supported each other’s development. By the end of the mobility we built stronger international connections, agreed on next steps and committed to continuing our cooperation beyond the project.
